Orders can be expected to ship within 1-2 weeks from order date.

We ship all of our ornaments via Canada Post.

If you have a pressing date they need to be received by, please contact us and let us know and we will do our best to get them done within your desired timeline.

If, for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, or we have made a mistake, please contact us immediately.
